Nice Gentle run around the Sale Water park,

Start at Deckers restaurant, then go right with the water to your left. more or less stay near to the bank, but on the path. over the 4/5 stepping stones, then up on to the River Mersey Bank all the way to the Metrolink tracks, but just turn left before you hit the bridge. Continue following the path and move to right, keeping water on your left, then through the trees you will see Deckers again, just head for it..

The only downside to this run was the kissing gate which slows you down just so you can get through it. once through it, your back at Deckers.

It took me 16 mins to do it, but that was just a jog, and i aint no athlete.
